HAPPY 30th ANNIVERSARY
GRIMSBY BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION CELEBRATES 30 YEARS!
September 18th 2024 marked the 30th Anniversary of the Grimsby Basketball Association.
The club has provided the opportunity for our young community members to explore their love for the game of basketball since 1994!
Children and teens from Grimsby, Lincoln, West Lincoln, Niagara, Stoney Creek, Hamilton and Pelham have been squeeking their shoes on area gym floors for three decades now!
While always focusing on opportunity and development, Grimsby Basketball Association has grown significantly. Membership, inclusive of its robust house league program and its competitive rep/travel teams, now stands at over 400!
The continuing growth in Grimsby and the surrounding communities has provided Grimsby Basketball Association with an opportunity to expand its own programming.
Now calling West Niagara Secondary School its main hub, the club utilises many schools throughout the DSBN and is looking forward to the completion of Peach King Center that will provide the club with a center for another 30+ years!
As the year progresses you can come out to see our rep/travel teams compete in the Ontario Basketball League, at the beautiful new facility at West Niagara. We will post those game dates as they are confirmed. You can also check out our totally revamped House League program that offers our young members a fantastic program of development and healthy competition!
