House League

 

HOUSE LEAGUE REGISTRATION NOW OPEN FOR WINTER SESSION!

 

Once again we have partnered with IBSA Basketball and their coaching staff to provide our programming with the very best instructors! We are looking for parent volunteer in all age groups to assist our IBSA coaches.

 
 
We are excited to open registration for four divisions of house league:
  • JR Grizzlies (Ages 5-7)
  • Novice Grizzlies (8/9)
  • Atom Boys/Girls (Ages 10-12)
  • Bantam Boys/Girls (Ages 13-15)
 
 
The JR & Novice Grizzlies will run for one hour sessions on Saturdays at Central Public School. Each session will consist of skills, drills and modified game-play. Young athletes will leave the program with a grasp of fundamental skills, movements and increased enjoyment of the game.

The Atom and Bantam House Leagues will run for 90 minutes on Saturdays at West Niagara Secondary School - Yellow Gym. League details are below.

 

12 week program consisting of:
  • Weeks 1&2: Evaluation Week
  • Weeks 3-10: In-Season Team-Play
  • Weeks 11&12: Playoffs & Championship
 
Location: West Niagara Secondary School (5699 King St, Lincoln, ON L3J 1N5).

Start Dates: All house league winter programs will start in January!
